Photography / Filming Terms and conditions
EngineeringUK and its subcontractors, sponsors and exhibitors may document all participation, representations or part representations of entrants and accompanying adults' participation, including the work created by them during engagement in The Big Bang Competition and The Big Bang Fair through photography, audio, and video and use such material responsibly for marketing and promotion purposes (including ongoing promotion) in relation to The Big Bang Competition and The Big Bang Fair across all media including but not limited to radio, television and all digital channels as well as through print media.
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that EngineeringUK and its sub-contractors, sponsors and exhibitors’ use of such material will not amount to any infringement EngineeringUK and its sub-contractors, sponsors and exhibitors of any recognised right of privacy or infringement of third party intellectual property rights.
You may not use any photography, audio and video materials captured at The Big Bang Competition or The Big Bang Fair without accrediting and tagging us.
During the Big Bang Fair you may only use photography, audio and video materials captured in accordance with our specific Terms. Any such specific Terms will be made available to you when you register to take part.
If you wish to bring your own Photographer or Videographer you may only do so where we have given you consent to do so. You can seek our consent either via the registration portals or by contact us via the ‘contact us’ details applicable to the event or competition you are attending. Photographer and Videographers are only allowed to take pictures, video or audio records in strict adherence to our policies and we must at all times be credited.
